We're based in College Grove and clean in the towns around it, from Franklin to Murfreesboro.
College Grove is farm country, and the towns around it have filled in fast with new subdivisions. A newer house in Nolensville or Spring Hill cleans differently than an older brick ranch in Smyrna. A house on acreage near Franklin brings more of the outdoors inside. We plan each visit around the house in front of us.
Franklin and Brentwood homes run large
A lot of the houses in Franklin and Brentwood are big, often two stories with a bonus room over the garage. Tall windows and ceiling fans collect dust nobody sees from the floor. On a house over four thousand square feet we set aside more time and follow the same order through every room, so nothing gets skipped.
Rentals change hands often in Rutherford County
Murfreesboro and Smyrna have plenty of rental houses, and people move in and out all year. When a tenant leaves, the landlord wants the house ready before the keys change hands. We clean the empty house, including the spots furniture usually hides.
Pollen and red clay come inside
Every spring the pollen here coats porches and window sills in yellow dust, and it rides in on shoes and pets. Red clay does the same after a rain. Regular cleaning keeps both off the floors and out of the rugs before they build up.
